What We Do
Three services, one careful practice.
Will drafting, probate support, and estate planning counsel — each handled with the same unhurried attention, from initial conversation through to conclusion.

How we handle every matter
Each service at Amanat Law follows a structured but unhurried process. We begin with a conversation — no paperwork, no commitment — to understand what you need and explain what would be involved. From there, we proceed only when you are ready.
Every instruction is documented carefully, reviewed internally before finalisation, and communicated to you in plain terms. We handle correspondence with courts and third parties so that you can focus on your family.
Initial consultation
We listen to your situation and explain what the law provides. No obligation to proceed.
Fee estimate and agreement
A written estimate is provided. Work begins only once you have agreed and are comfortable.
Preparation and review
Documents are drafted, reviewed internally by a second solicitor, and sent to you for checking.
Finalisation and follow-through
Wills are executed properly. Probate applications are filed and followed through to completion.
